INDIVIDUALLY, WE ARE A DROP. TOGETHER, WE ARE AN OCEAN (Ryunosuke Satoro)
The human team in a company plays a fundamental role in relation to technologies, infrastructures, and resources. While these latter elements are crucial, it is the individuals who give them meaning and effectiveness. The human team empowers and contextualizes these elements, maximizing their potential and ensuring alignment with the organization’s goals and values.
